February 2011 Newsletter

Happy Valentines Day to all our friends at Method. The days are now getting longer, the weather is warming (yes it is!) and Spring is almost here. You know what this means right?...time for some serious workouts and cycling sessions to get you ready for the outdoor season!

Method News:

Saturday Circuit changing to New Indoor Cycling Class:

Due to popular demand, commencing February 18th we will be adding a 10 week indoor cycling series. This series will replace the 9:00am circuit class. There will be no circuit class this Saturday (Feb. 11) and a “drop-in” spin class will be happening instead. If you are interested in reserving a bike for the 9:00am class, please email Jamie (jamie@methodpersonaltraining.com)

New Spring Indoor Cycling Series sign-up:

Each of the cycling classes will be starting a new 10 week series in the next 1-2 weeks. If you are already registered in a class you will be receiving an email to reserve your bike (“priority” sign-up) for the next series. If you would like to take part in a series please email Jamie to book and reserve your bike in a class. Please visit our website (www.methodpersonaltraining.com) to see the class schedule and times.

Spring Break Schedule (March 10-25th):

During this year's school Spring Break, all personal training sessions will be on. If you are away please notify your trainer so we can take you off the schedule in advance.

Sweat for Six Workouts: as per regular schedule:

Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am and Wednesdays at 5:00pm ongoing.

Spring Break Schedule for Indoor Cycling Sessions:

Over the “break” we will be continuing our spinning classes.

All current 10 week series will be taking a hiatus for the 2 weeks and we will be offering classes on a “drop-in” basis (note these classes will be drop-in ($25), “make-up” classes will resume after the break).  If you have not yet participated in a spin class at Method, now is your opportunity to take in one over the break.

What are you giving your significant other for Valentines Day?

Get your hubby, wife, girlfriend or boy-toy (or both) a personal training session at Method! Seriously, what screams “I love you” more than a grueling, gut wrenching, torture fest workout!? J Gift certificates available with a bow tie. Please email Sharon (sharon@methodpersonaltraining.com) to have one personalized and ready for you.

Happy Valentines Day from our team at Method!
